TMKOC’s Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal’s Younger Sister Dimple Passes Away In Jabalpur; Latter Was On Ventilatior- REPORTS
Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, known for her role in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, lost her younger sister Dimple
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’s Roshan bhabhi aka Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal is currently mourning the loss of her younger sister Dimple. The latter left for her heavenly abode. The actress, who ruled the headlines last year for her sexual, mental, and physical assault allegations against the makers of the show, had rushed to her hometown in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh due to her younger sister Dimple’s deteriorating health earlier in April.
According to a report by the Free Press Journal, Dimple, who was differently-abled, passed away in their hometown. At the age of 43, she breathed her last on April 13. In an earlier interview, Jennifer had revealed that her sister was critically ill and was kept on ventilation support. If reports are not to be believed, she wasn’t in Jabalpur, at the time of her sister’s untimely demise, she had returned to Mumbai. Reports suggest that Dimple was rushed to a private hospital earlier this month due to her low blood pressure. She also had stones in her gall bladder. A few days later she was shifted to a government hospital, where her blood pressure touched rock bottom. Her pulse was nearly zero when she was put on ventilator support. Talking to Zoom, The 45-year-old actress had said, “I still cannot accept that she is no more. Every day, Dimple and I spoke on a video call. She would not respond to anyone else's voice. For the unversed, it was in June 2023 that Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal had filed a complaint against Asit Kumarr Modi, operation head Sohail Ramani, and executive producer Jatin Bajaj with the Mumbai Police accusing them of sexual and mental harassment. Actresses Priya Ahuja Rajda and Monika Bhadoriya along with former director of the show Malav Rajda came out to support her. In March 2024, she won the case against Modi and claimed that the makers of the show had to pay Rs 5 lakh as compensation to her.
